Reset User HWID

Reset the HWID linked to a key.

Error responses

Status	Meaning
400	Bad request. See the reasons below.
404	Key or project not found

There are a few reasons you might get a 400:

• The user reset their HWID too recently (cooldown). Set "force": true to bypass the cooldown.
• HWID resets are disabled for this project. Set "force": true to reset it anyway.
• The user is banned. Unban them first.
