Update Script

Upload new source code for an existing script and change its settings.

Request body

The body is the script’s settings object, plus the new source code in script.

Fetch the script’s current settings from Get API Key Details, then send them back with only the fields you want to change. This keeps settings like heartbeat and silent as they were.

200: the script was updated.

If the script is processed in the background (use_reactor), the response includes a track_progress ID instead. Pass it to Get Update Progress to check when the update has finished.

Error responses

Status	Meaning
400	Bad request, usually an invalid API key
403	Your IP is not whitelisted, or the API key is incorrect
404	Script or project not found
504	Gateway timeout. Large uploads can time out even though Luarmor accepted them, so check whether script_version changed in Get API Key Details before retrying.

If the response mentions that the script is too large for this channel, the upload was rejected and retrying will not help.
