Blacklist User

Blacklist an existing key, and the HWID linked to it (if any).

ban_reason	string	No	Reason for the blacklist, shown to the user when they run the script.
ban_expire	int32	No	Unix timestamp of when the ban expires. Set it to -1 or leave it out for a permanent ban.

Blacklisting assigns the key an unban_token, which you can use with Unban User. You can find it in the user objects returned by Get Users.
